What types of videos do you edit?
We edit Reels, Shorts, TikToks, YouTube videos, talking-head videos, UGC, ads, podcast clips, educational content, and other social media videos.
What is the difference between Normal and Premium?
Normal is for clean, simple social media editing. Premium is for videos that need stronger storytelling, advanced editing, motion graphics, sound design, B-roll, and retention-focused editing.
What is the maximum video length?
Each package includes videos of up to 90 seconds per final video.
How long does each video take?
Our standard turnaround is 48-72 hours after we receive all required footage, assets, and instructions.
How many revisions are included?
Every video includes 2 rounds of revisions. Revisions should relate to the original brief and direction.
Can I send multiple videos at once?
Yes. You can submit all your videos and requirements in advance. We process them one at a time in the production queue.
Do I need to provide a script?
For most projects, yes. You should provide the footage and basic direction, script, or reference. If you need help developing the story or structure, our Premium service is better suited for you.
Do you provide music, sound effects, and B-roll?
Yes. We can add appropriate music, sound effects, and B-roll as part of the editing process. Premium projects allow for more detailed creative treatment.
Can you follow my brand style?
Yes. You can provide your brand guidelines, references, fonts, colors, previous videos, or examples you like. We’ll use them to maintain consistency across your content.
Can you create captions and subtitles?
Yes. Captions and subtitles are available for both Normal and Premium editing.
Can you create motion graphics?
Basic motion graphics are included with Normal editing. More advanced motion graphics and animation are included with Premium.
What happens if my video requires more work than the package includes?
We’ll let you know before starting if the project falls outside the package scope. We can either adjust the request or provide a custom quote.
Can I choose a specific editor?
Editor assignment depends on the package and availability. For Premium projects, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact to keep the production consistent.
Can I buy another package after finishing my videos?
